This Refund Policy describes information related to refunds for orders made through this website at http://store.marianneknightly.com/ (the “Site”). Visitors and any users of the site are referred to as “user”, “you” and “your” and the Company is referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”.
- DIGITAL GOODS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY DIGITAL PURCHASES. This includes ebooks, audiobooks, or other digital downloads. However, please let us know if there's an issue.
When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, you must review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity and correct format (e.g., ebook, paperback, audio, etc.), and ensure you are using the correct email address to receive digital delivery of your ebooks.
Ebook and audiobook purchases are delivered in an email from our digital distributor, BookFunnel, which includes the download links and codes. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase to the email you used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
Please be sure to download your purchase. Ebooks and audiobooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the ebook file or accessing the audiobook, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- PHYSICAL GOODS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY PHYSICAL PURCHASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRINT BOOKS, ART PRINTS, AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS.
If a physical product arrives damaged, then you may be eligible for a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking). There is no return for change of mind, or damages that may have occurred during shipping (bent corners, creases, warping, etc.). We reserve the right to determine if an item is actually damaged. Packages lost in transit will not be refunded.
For refund queries, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "Returns" and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s)
If we deem an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. If for any reason the item you ordered is no longer available, a refund may be provided instead.
Certain other types of items also cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (brand new, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
