THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY DIGITAL PURCHASES. This includes ebooks, audiobooks, planners, or other digital downloads.

 

  1. PHYSICAL GOODS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY PHYSICAL PURCHASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRINT BOOKS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS. If a physical product arrives damaged, then you may be eligible for a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking). To request a replacement for a damaged item, contact us via the email in the next section, and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the damaged items. If for any reason the item you ordered is no longer available, a refund may be provided instead. The Company reserves the right to determine if the item is in fact damaged (for example, a crease in the book cover may not be considered damage and may not qualify for a replacement). Packages lost in transit will not refunded.
