This Shipping Policy describes information related to shipping items ordered through this website at http://store.marianneknightly.com/ (the “Site”). - PHYSICAL GOODS (NOT INCLUDING BOOKS)
Physical products (not including books, but may include mugs, stickers, jewelry, etc.) are “print-on-demand”. This means that items are produced when ordered, the items are not pre-produced. Shipping for these items is determined based on the vendor used to produce the product, weight, shipping location, number of items in order, and other factors, and is estimated. We do not have any control over vendor shipping prices.
Upon check out you will be given various option for shipping. Depending on the product(s) ordered, and the individual vendors processing those orders, shipping times and costs will vary. The Company sincerely hopes that all orders will be fulfilled and received within 4-6 weeks. However, given the pandemic, as well as supply chain and other issues, we cannot guarantee delivery for any specific time or that your merchandise will arrive within this window. No refunds will be given for merchandise not received by a certain time.
The Company uses multiple vendors to process and create physical products including Printful, Printify, and ShineOn, and may use others in the future. Each has its own shipping costs and policies.
Printful produces and processes orders themselves. It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are: USA (3-4 business days) and International (5-15 business days). They work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees. Including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother. Printful may adjust their shipping policies and costs at any time and this store will be updated to reflect that.
Printify uses individual vendors to process orders depending on the item(s) involved, and shipping times and costs vary based on those individual vendors. Printify vendors may adjust their shipping policies and costs at any time and this store will be updated to reflect that.
ShineOn produces and processes orders themselves. ShineOn may adjust their shipping policies and costs at any time and this store will be updated to reflect that.
All orders have 2-5 business day production cycle during Q4 2022 (October-December) and they expect to ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- UK, most of EU: 3-7 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
Once an item leaves their warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier. While they do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, they are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping, and they will look to resolve shipping issues in other ways.
If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days (15 days if within the EU) from the date shipped, you may contact ShineOn Support for further investigation.

- PHYSICAL GOODS (NON-SIGNED BOOKS)
Non-signed print books are printed and shipped via BookVault. Print time is usually 72 business hours. After books are printed, they are shipped. Average shipping times:
- USA 5 to 7 working days
- UK 1 to 3 working days
- Europe 3 to 5 working days
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
- PHYSICAL GOODS (SIGNED BOOKS & BOOKPLATES)
Signed print books and bookplates ship from Virginia in the USA by the author themselves. Though every effort is made to ship quickly, orders may take 1-3 weeks to ship. Shipping time is additional on top of that fulfillment time and depends on the shipping location.
You must designate a “To” signature name in the Notes field at checkout. If no name is identified, you will receive a book or bookplate with the author’s signature only.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
- DIGITAL GOODS (EBOOKS AND AUDIOBOOKS)
Digital goods are delivered instantly via an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- DIGITAL GOODS (OTHER)
Digital goods that do not include ebooks or audiobooks (such as planners, etc.) will be delivered to the email address used at Checkout. In most cases, you will receive a PDF file or files with the product itself, or a PDF file with links to download the items purchased (for example, in the case of a Google Sheets file).
- RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Exceptions are only made for print-on-demand physical items that arrive damaged. See the Return Policy for full details. By placing an order, you are agreeing to all policies, and terms and conditions of the Company. Packages lost in transit will not refunded.
