There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES allowed for physical or digital items, but please let us know if there's an issue. If a physical product arrives damaged, then you may be eligible for a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking). There is no return for change of mind, or damages that may have occurred during shipping (bent corners, creases, warping, etc.). We reserve the right to determine if an item is actually damaged. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking). Packages lost in transit will not refunded. Some physical items (like signed books or art prints) are shipped directly from me, and may take up to 4 weeks to ship (though it's usually MUCH sooner - I add a buffer in case my chronic illness gets particularly bad during a month). Other physical items are created on demand (meaning we don't create it until you actually buy it). It typically takes 2-7 business days to process an order, then it will ship.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (brand new, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
